I note that a number of freestanding advertising objects / structures have been installed within raised kerbed central reserves at Croft Street and Shipley Airdale Road and on a traffic island on Leeds Road.

Under Freedom of Information Act 2000 please can you advise what  specific

COUNCIL’S RESPONSE

 

These are JCDecaux advertising totems and were installed under the terms
of an agreement made between this Council and JCDecaux in 1995. Two were
put in place in that year and one in 1998, and all were installed under
the provision of S115 of the Highways Act 1980.

 

In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, if you are not
satisfied with the reply to your request you can ask for a review. A
