Dear Yapton Parish Council,

I would like the information to be provided to me as electronic copies and understand that it is my right to receive your response within 20 working days of your receipt of this request.

Dear Mr McNally
All the available information for the period requested relating to the consideration of planning applications within the parish of Yapton, planning committee agenda and minutes can be extracted from the Parish Council's website www.yaptonpc.gov.uk. No other information is retained in the Parish Council Office.
Hard copies of the relevant documents can be made available on request at a cost of 10p per sheet + postage costs in accordance with the Council's statement with regard to Freedom of Information requests (see website for further details).
Yours sincerely
David Tansley
Clerk of Yapton Parish Council
Dear Yapton Parish Council,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Yapton Parish Council's handling of my FOI request 'Objections to Planning Applications'.
The request specifically sought copies of minutes, notes, internal memoranda, e-mail or other forms of written communication or record generated by ANY PERSON within Yapton Parish Council (YPC) RELATING to, or RESULTING in, any objection made by YPC between 1 Jan 2010 and 23 Feb 2011 to Arun District Council, in respect of any planning application, where the objection was submitted prior to the Planning Committee of Yapton Parish Council meeting in Committee to discuss any such application.
The response of the Parish Clerk confines itself to material held at the Parish Council Office. It is immaterial where the information is held. The Parish Clerk has failed to determine whether such requested material is held elsewhere or enquire whether any other member of Yapton Parish Council has such material.
Additionally, the Parish Clerk has failed to identify which planning applications were the subject of objections by him, ostensibly on behalf of his Parish Council, to Arun District Council, between 1 Jan 2010 and 23 Feb 2011, where the objection was submitted prior to the Planning Committee of Yapton Parish Council meeting in Committee to discuss any such
application.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:

Yours faithfully,
Keith McNally
