Dear Lonita Vas,
If there is really no internal summary, please send the briefing prepared for Ministers. It would not be credible for Ministers to be expected to read the whole report. DJvR

Dear Department for Transport,
reference F0019227
Please send the 'official advice'
Yours faithfully,
David van Rest
Dear David van Rest,
Thank you for your email of the 23rd December.
Can you please clarify, are you now seeking an internal review of the Department's response ref number F0019227. If you are, can you please set out the grounds of your complaint so we may consider it fully. Is it just that you disagree with the Department's use of the section 35(1)(a) exemption to withhold the 'official advice'?
I'll wait to hear from you.
Regards,
Ivan Pocock
