Dear Mr Headley

Thank you for your Freedom of Information request made to the DBS.

You refer to the term 'criminal record' in your request. By this I am
assuming you are referring to Police National Computer (PNC) information
which includes convictions, cautions, warnings and reprimands.

To enable us to locate the information you request at Question 3, we will
need to know which ACPO codes and descriptions you are interested in from
the attached document in relation to "fraud offences". I would be grateful
if you could have a look at the attached and advise which you would like
us to base our search on.

I cannot guarantee that you will be provided with all the information at
this stage as exemptions may apply. This will be considered as part of
your request.

On receipt of your response I will proceed with your request.

Kind Regards

Elise Snelham

Dear Mr Headley

I have one further query, you ask for all applications from Imperial College NHS Trust. Would you like us to search from CRB's inception which was March 2002? Would you prefer our response to be in calendar or financial years?

Kind Regards
