Dear H Grants,

Further to your recent enquiry, the department is finding it difficult to
understand what information you are interested in from your request. I
will not be able to take this matter further without extra information
from you. In particular, it would be useful if you would clarify what you
mean by ‘children within your area that have a SEND in place’ and
‘children within your area that have BOTH a SEND and a EHCP in place’.

Time for compliance is suspended until sufficient clarification is
received.

Yours sincerely

Sue Bryan
