1) How many adults over the age of 16 to age 18 with a confirmed diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Disorder/ Asperger's Syndrome Diagnosis (ASD), High Functioning(HF) without significant communication disorder/Learning Disability from Stirling Council area receive support services in other authority areas? e.g Perth & Kinross or City of Edinburgh Councils or others

2) How many adults over the age of 18 with a confirmed diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Disorder/ Asperger's Syndrome Diagnosis (ASD), High Functioning(HF) without significant communication disorder/Learning Disability from Stirling Council area receive support services in other authority areas? e.g Perth & Kinross or City of Edinburgh Councils or others.

3) Please state if this and numbers of (Questions 1 & 2) was arranged via Adult Social Work Services via post Social Work Needs Assessment

4) Please state if this and numbers of (Questions 1 & 2) was arranged via Adult Social Work Services via post Social Work Needs Assessment and Legal Action under The Equality Act 2010 by way of Reasonable Adjustment.
