Please provide figures showing how many Yellow Card Reports have been submitted with CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) or ME (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis) or CFS/ME as an adverse reaction. Please show the figures by year from 2000 and indicate which vaccine the report referred to.

If you are unable to specify which vaccine the Yellow Card Report referred to, please provide a total figure for each year from 2000 and figures separately for Gardasil and Cervarix by year from 2000.
