Your request 
I'd like to know the number of warning letters and penalty charge notices issued to 
drivers due to them driving through the filters for the low traffic neighbourhoods of 
Cowley and East Oxford, since installation of ANPR cameras. 
 
This includes the following ANPR locations, but I would also like to know the number 
of warning letters and penalty charge notices issued in relation to the filters that do 
not have ANPR installed: 
 
1) Littlehay Road 
2) Crescent Road 
3) Littlemore Road 
4) Divinity Road 
5) Magdalen Road 
6) James Street 
 
Please provide this as a weekly breakdown for each location.

report data is that the letters were printed and posted within that week, but the

Internal Review 
 
If you are not satisfied with the Council’s response to your request, you may request 
an Internal Review. Requests for an Internal Review must be made in writing setting 
out the reasons why you are dissatisfied. Your request must be submitted within 40 
days from the date we issued our initial response. We are not obliged to accept 
internal reviews after this date.
