We are writing to ask you to clarify your request.
 
You asked " Please can you let me know how many VOID PROPERTIES you have
within the borough and when they will be available for occupancy "
 
Please confirm as to whether this relates to Council owned residential
property as this would be the information held by the authority.
 
Additionally under the requirements of the Act could you please provide
your full name in order that we may log and respond to your request.
 
 
We will not be able to take this matter further without this extra
information from you. Please let us know by 21/01/2025.
 
If we do not hear from you within the time frame provided, we shall take
it that you do not wish to pursue this request and will consider the
request closed.
