Dear Mr Mirza

Please accept my apologies, I have been asked if you can provide some further clarification on your request.

By “Oyster / Contactless bank card web interfaces” are you just interested in the tfl.gov.uk website, or would this also include the TfL Oyster and contactless app?

By access do you mean any activity associated to Oyster/contactless (ie such as checking balances, journey history etc.) or specifically transactions?

Kind regards
