Dear Donna,
Thank you for your email received on 18 September 2019 in relation to how many times the LFB have responded to an alarm from mother and baby units in the South Croydon area.
In response, we do not have a specific property category for mother and baby units on our incident management system so are unable to search for the information you have requested.
We do have a property category of ‘family centres’. We have a record of attending four false alarm incidents at a family centre in South Croydon however, none of these four incident records hold any information in relation to locked doors or gates.
I am sorry we could not have been of more help on this occasion. Should you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact me.
This request has been dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. If you are dissatisfied by this response you can request an internal review by writing to the Head of Information Management at the address below (or email [email address])
Further information about your information rights (including how to raise a concern or make a compliant) is available from the Information Commissioner’s Office on their website at www.ico.org.uk or by writing to them at Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF.
Regards
Tavell
