Dear Mr Morgan,

 

I write in relation to your request asking for the number of traffic
complaints by street for the Clydach (Swansea) area.

 

It is not possible to progress your request at this time, as clarification
is needed from you to enable us to locate the information you have asked
for.

 

Please could you explain what you mean by ‘traffic complaints’?

In line with the Freedom of Information Act 2000 Section 10(6), the 20
working day timescale will be suspended until the required clarification
has been received, restarting on the date when the information is
received.  If we do not receive clarification from you then your request
will be closed 20 working days from the date of this email.
