Specifically, I am requesting the following information:

- The total number of squatters evicted within the council’s jurisdiction from January 1, 2024, to the present date.

- If possible, a breakdown of these evictions by month and by the type of property (e.g., residential, commercial, or public properties).

- Any available data on the average time taken to resolve each squatting incident (from the report of squatting to the eviction).

I refer to your request dated 8th November 2024 under the Freedom of
Information Act asking to supply the following information:

 

- The total number of squatters evicted within the council’s jurisdiction
from January 1, 2024, to the present date.

- If possible, a breakdown of these evictions by month and by the type of

The Council’s response is set out below:

 

No evictions have taken place from 1st January 2024 to present date in
relation to commercial, public or residential properties.

 

 

In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, if you are not
satisfied with the reply to your request you can ask for an internal
review.

 

A request for an internal review must be submitted within 40 working days
in writing to the Corporate Information Governance Team, City of Bradford
Metropolitan District Council, City Hall, Centenary Square, Bradford, BD1

have the right of appeal to the Information Commissioner who can be
