I write to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 requesting details of the number of Colchester residents which the council has taken to court for failure to pay council tax.

For each individual year from 2019 to 2023, please would you be able to specify the number of residents prosecuted by Colchester Council for failure to pay council tax.

For each individual year 2019 to 2023, could you also specify the number of successful prosecutions.
