Number of requests to give a statement under caution refused
Dear Health and Safety Executive,
Could you please supply the number of occasions in which a defendant was refused during an HSE investigation the opportunity to give an interview and make a statement under caution in the presents of the team carrying out an investigation into reported domestic or commercial gas safety violations, and under what conditions and when such a decision by HSE would be considered warranted during the period from 01/04/2009 - 02/04/2019.
Yours faithfully,
Anthony Lord
