Number of request made to council about movement into County after October 31st 2020

The request was successful.

Dear Buckinghamshire Council,

I would like to know number of requests received by Council admission team (Secondary admissions for September 2021 entry ) for address change after October 31st, district wise in the council ( Aylesbury,Chiltern, wycombe, south bucks) .

I am interested in only requests where address change is for movement into Buckinghamshire county from other county not inner county movements.

Yours faithfully,
Kris

Dear Buckinghamshire Council,

Could you please update on this ?
All parents who are seeking admission into year-7 for the 2021 entry need to apply to council/LA on or before October 31st 2020 .
Some parents might have applied to other councils/LAs before moving Buckinghamshire. But after moving into Buckinghamshire after October 31st they need to inform council education authorities about their address change .

So ,with reference to above I am seeking information about number of applicants requested for address change to council education authorities after october 31st 2020 as on date answering this question ?
Could you please give me the count with respect to each district in the county

Yours faithfully,

Kris

Dear Buckinghamshire Council,

Many thanks for your reply and information .
But, could you please give separate count for each Chiltern and SouthBucks as they are two separate district councils .

Yours faithfully,

Kris

Freedom of Information, Buckinghamshire Council

Good afternoon

Thank you for your follow-up question. Please note the distrct councils no longer exist, as on 1 April 2020, the new Buckinghamshire Council replaced the five former councils in Buckinghamshire (Aylesbury Vale District Council, Buckinghamshire County Council, Chiltern District Council, South Bucks District Council and Wycombe District Council).

However, I have returned to the service to see if the information requested can be broken down further into the former 'district' areas and hope to be able to update you shortly.

Many thanks

Freedom of Information, Buckinghamshire Council

Good afternoon

Having checked with the service, I can confirm that this information is not held separately.
We believe the areas relates to the historic education areas of the historic Buckinghamshire County Council, rather than the legacy district council areas.

Many thanks
