Dear Mr Bill,

Thank you for your response. You have provided a table listings the number of "crimes" and the following explanation: 'The numerical data presented in this response is an un-audited snapshot of un-published data sourced from "live" systems and is subject to the interpretation of the original request by the individual extracting the data.'

Unfortunately I cannot be satisfied with this response, because of its ambiguity. My request refers very specifically to a certain type of offence, i.e. "incidents of "Assault by Penetration" (as defined by Sexual Offences Act 2003)". The Cambridgeshire Constabulary must have audited and published data listing all the complaints is receives and the gender of the alleged perpetrator.

I look forward to your response.

Yours sincerely,

Anna Ferrari

Dear FOI Team,

Apologies, please ignore my earlier response, which was in fact meant to be addressed to another FOI request.

Yours sincerely,

Anna Ferrari
