Number of QCs from whom the Mayor of London has requested a legal opinion or advice

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Greater London Authority should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Greater London Authority,

Please can you send me the following information:

1. The number of QCs from whom The Mayor of London has requested planning advice or a legal opinion or some other form of legal advice regarding any planning matters of whatsoever nature (collectively henceforward referred to as a "planning opinion"), each to be laid out for each year from 2015 to 2020 to-date.

2. The number of times The Mayor of London has requested a planning opinion from each QC, listed by type of planning opinion requested, each to be laid out for each year from 2015 to 2020 to-date.

3. The cost of each planning opinion given by each QC to The Mayor of London, listed by type of planning opinion and whether the planning opinion was given verbally or in writing, each to be laid out for each year from 2015 to 2020 to-date.
