Dear Ministry of Justice,

I hope all’s well. I am making a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act. I would like to have a set of specific, discrete data, please:

(i) How many prosecutions were brought by the CPS/MoJ for offences under the Fraud Act 2006, in each of the below time periods?:

1 March 2017 to 28 Feb 2018
1 March 2018 to 28 Feb 2019
1 March 2019 to 28 Feb 2020

(ii) From the number of prosecutions brought under the Fraud Act 2006 by the CPS/MoJ in each of the above time periods, how many convictions were secured for offences under the Fraud Act 2006 in each of those time periods?
