Number of properties, run by London Care Services, occupied by young people or children in care, do not have HMO licences?

London Councils did not have the information requested.

Dear London Councils,

Please could you say:-

1. How many properties are run, or leased to London Care Services?

2. How many properties run by London Care Services and occupied by young people or children in care, where Councils in your consortium, or Housing Benefits pays rent, do not have HMO licences?

3. How many were prosecuted in 2017 and 2018?

4. How many properties occupied by young people had fires, or the Fire Brigade called to them, like the one at lunchtime on 11.09.19, in Holloway Road, N19, where 40 fire officers attended, where one man jumped out of the second floor window and one was rescued by the London Fire Brigade from the top floor, in 2017, 2018 or 2019?

Thank you in anticipation.

Yours faithfully,

Oriel Hutchinson (Ms)
