I am looking to obtain data related to the number of short-term let
(Airbnb) properties that have been investigated by your council for
potentially violating Section 44 of the Deregulation Act during the
2016-2017 year.
I would also like to obtain data of the number of properties that were
fined for violating Section 44 of the Deregulation Act during the
2016-2017 year.
 
We are dealing with your request under the Freedom of Information Act
2000 and we aim to send a response by 12 April 2018 (which is 20 working
days beginning on the first working day after the date we received your
request).
 
In some cases, a fee may be payable. If we decide a fee is payable, we
will send you a fee notice and we will require you to pay the fee before
proceeding with your request.
 
The Freedom of Information Act 2000may restrict the release of some or all
of the information you have requested. We will carry out an assessment and
