Dear Mr Longstaff, 
 
Thank you for your e-mail of 21 November to the Department for Communities and Local 
Government, requesting:  
 
Dear Department for Communities and Local Government, 
     Following previous freedom of information requests for numbers of 
     assessors registered with Landmark, it has come to my attention 
     that assessors on the register might have the following attached to 
     their details: "This assessor was registered with <Accreditation 
     Scheme>, however they are currently not practising." 
     
     Can you provide (as other have asked before me) up to date figures 
     for the following, but this time also include how many are not 
     currently practising: 
     
     1. Home Inspectors (Active / Not currently practising) 
     
     2. Domestic Energy Assessors (Active / Not currently practising) 
     
     3. NDEA - level 3 (Active / Not currently practising) 
     
     4. NDEA - level 4 (Active / Not currently practising) 
     
     5. NDEA - level 5 (Active / Not currently practising) 
     
     This is a copy of previously requested information, however, with 
     the changes to the DEA qualification an update would be 
     appreciated. 
 
I am considering your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. You should 
expect to receive a reply within 20 working days and no later than 20 December 2012. 
 
In some circumstances a fee may be chargeable. If that is the case, I will let you know the 
likely charges before proceeding.
