Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions's handling of my FOI request 'Number of PIP application forms that "get lost in the post"'.

I believe that this cost limit is just an excuse not to follow the letter of the law and that the information IS available and should be pubished
So - please publish this important information

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/n...

Yours faithfully,

Colin Paterson
