I am writing to make an open government request for all the information to which I am entitled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. In order to assist you with this request, I am outlining my enquiry as specifically as possible. If however this request is too wide or unclear, I would be grateful if you would contact me as I understand that under the Act, you are required to advise and assist requesters.
Could the following information please be made available:
The number of people employed or contracted by the council to provide specialist educational support services for gypsy and traveller children for the years 2008, 2009 , 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018.
I understand that under the Act, I should be entitled to a response within 20 working days. I would be grateful if you would confirm in writing that you have received this request.

Response
Since 2008 there has been one 0.4FTE member of staff employed to provide
specialist education support services for gypsy and traveller children.
I hope that the information provided proves useful. If however, you are
dissatisfied with our response to your request for information, you can
ask for the decision to be reviewed within 40 calendar days. A request for
