Number of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued for 52M contravention at the Francis Road / Albert Road junction

The request was successful.

Dear Waltham Forest Borough Council,

There has been a conditional no entry (no entry between 10am and 8pm) put into place recently on Francis Road (at the corner where Francis Road meets Albert Road). I would like to know (1) when this conditional no entry sign was put up, (2) when the wording on this conditional no entry sign was changed from "No vehicles 10am – 8pm" to "10am – 8pm", (3) from what date PCNs have been issued here by static CCTV, (4) from what date PCNs have been issued here by mobile CCTV and (5) the number of PCNs that have been issued here by CCTV (static and mobile) per month.

Yours faithfully,
Adil Hussain
