date of its receipt. However, it is occasionally necessary to extend the
20-working-day time limit for issuing a response because of the complexity
and volume of the information makes it impractical for the authority to
respond within the original deadline. If this is the case the authority
will notify you of this delay

Council’s response:

 

The total number of PCNs for Church Bank A towards Bolton Road from 1
April 2015 – 31^st March 2016 is 9736.  Note: this bus lane was only
operational from 1 November 2015. So, all of these tickets would have been
issued between 1 November 2015 and 31 March 2016.

 

Therefore, the total number of tickets issued for April 2015 (1 to 30) is
nil and the number of tickets for April 2016 (1 to 30) is 1013.
