Number of parking fines escalated to debt collection agency due to non response to emails

Oxford City Council did not have the information requested.

Dear Oxford City Council,

Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the following information.

a) The number of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued for parking violations in the last 12 months which have been escalated to debt recovery due to non response to your email only contact.

b) The number of people who have subsequently said that they didn’t get the emails from your system or that the emails were marked as spam by their email service.
