Response - Clarification required

I am writing to ask you to clarify your request. This is because we need
further details from you in order to identify and locate the information -

By the term 'placed' do you mean someone placed in a residential/nursing
care or supported housing placement or something else?

In terms of categories, we use the Department of Health 'Primary Support
Reason'
* Learning Disability Support
* Mental Health Support
* Physical Support
* Sensory Support
* Social Support
* Support with Memory and Cognition

Are you happy with the following?
* Q1a Learning Disability Support for 'support with a learning difficulty'
* Q1b Mental Health Support for 'support with a mental health disorder'
* Q1c all the others for 'support with complex needs'

Are questions 1a-1c wanting to know about the number currently in a
placement or the number of new admissions in the past year or something
else?

Does question 2a want the number of new admissions of these people in each
calendar month or the number in a placement at the end of each month or
something else?

I will not be able to take this matter further without this extra
information from you. Please let me know by 08/02/2023.
