(a) The total number of adults in each local authority who are placed outside the local authority receiving care/support with a learning difficulty.
(b) The total number of adults in each local authority who are placed outside the local authority receiving care/support with a mental health disorder.
(c) The total number of adults in each local authority who are placed outside the local authority receiving care/support with complex needs.
Part 2
If available, please could the above information for parts 1a, 1b and 1c also be provided by calendar month in 2022.

I can confirm that Brent Council holds the information you have
requested.
I have provided a snapshot of the data held at the end of each calendar
month to show how many service users were receiving an ASC service within
the required categories (a,b and c) requested in Part 1 and Part 2 of the
Freedom of Information request. .
The answers are provided in a hierarchy of care category; LD>MH>Complex
Care e.g. if a person’s Primary Support Reason is Mental Health and is a
Dementia Care placement, this person would appear in MH category ( a
service user would only appear in one category, counting individually).
Snapshot on Last Day of Month (December gives the current figures as of
