Please would  you  be so kind as to  supply
1.      The  number of nurses your organisation  referred to the Nursing
and Midwifery Council in each of the following  years: 2019, 2020, 2021,
2022 and 2023.
2.      The number of Midwives your organisation referred to the Nursing
and Midwifery Council in each of the following years 2019,2020,2021, 2022
and 2023.

If you would be so  kind as to present them in a table format, I would be
most grateful.
