Dear PJHQ-J8-FOI-Group (MULTIUSER),

Thank you for your response and I clarify the points

Please reply on the Contractors deployed that have died other than of nature causes.

I no longer require that data on Locally Recruited Workers (LRW) and sorry for the incorrect reference of Locally Employed Civilians (LECs)

Yours sincerely,

Nigel Hinch

Dear PJHQ-J8-FOI-Group (MULTIUSER),

This FOI is overdue. Can I request an internal review.

Yours sincerely,

Nigel Hinch

CIO-FOI (MULTIUSER),

Dear Mr Hinch,

Thank you for your email of 15 March 2015 regarding your request, our
reference FOI2015/01302. In response to your request for an internal
review, I should explain that the internal review process is aimed
primarily at reviewing MOD’s substantive response to a request for
information to assess its compliance with the Act. I understand that you
have not yet been provided with such a substantive response and in this
situation the most productive solution is not to undertake a formal
internal review in the terms described above at this time, but to
investigate the reasons why you have not yet received a substantive
response and to ensure that you are provided with one as soon as possible.

My investigation has revealed that your request for information is with
the relevant MOD subject matter expert and has not yet been finalised.
They have advised that a substantive response will be issued by Friday 27
March.

Please contact us again if you are dissatisfied with the substantive
response when you receive it.

Yours sincerely,

MOD Information Rights Team

Dear CIO-FOI (MULTIUSER),

Thank you for the update, I am concerned at the time it has taken to provide this information.

It was being used to coincided with the recent memorial service for personnel killed.

I await the response from you
