Number of letters sent to properties without a valid television licence by template

The request was refused by British Broadcasting Corporation.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to make the following request for information that the BBC holds in relation to its role as the statutory television Licensing Authority:

1) In relation to the templates for letters sent to properties identified as not holding a valid television licence, what is the number of times that each template was used in a letter by you, or others on your behalf, to an address identified as not holding a valid television licence, shown by month within the last year for which data is available?

Should you require any clarification of the information I am requesting, please do not hesitate to ask me.

I await your timely response.

Yours faithfully,

Philip Edwards
