Please provide details of the number of staff leavers there have been from the Workforce and Organisational Develoment Department in the past 6 years. Please breakdown the data annually.

Of those who left please confirm how many exit interviews were conducted appropriately and in compliance with any relevant policies and or procedures.

What is the total number of days lost and also the total financial cost to the organisation of staff who have been absent from the Workforce and Organisational Development Department as a result of:

Work related stress
Stress
Depression
Anxiety

Following my acknowledgement to your request made under the Freedom of
Information Act (2000) on the 31^st July 2019 in respect of your questions
regarding the “number of Leavers and exit interviews conducted for
Workforce and OD staff since 2012”, I now take this opportunity to provide
you with the following answers to your questions in point form below.

 

Q1. Please provide details of the number of staff leavers there have been
from the Workforce and Organisational Development Department in the past 6
years. Please breakdown the data annually.

 

 

Q2. Of those who left please confirm how many exit interviews were
conducted appropriately and in compliance with any relevant policies and
or procedures.

 

The policy requires that an Exit interview is only conducted if requested
by the employee. If there were requests for Interviews (and the NWSSP is
not aware that there were), these would have been conducted by the Line
Managers in the areas of Workforce & OD. We have no records of any
Interviews being conducted and therefore are unable to provide any data in
respect of this question.

 

Q3. What is the total number of days lost and also the total
financial cost to the organisation of staff who have been absent from the
Workforce and Organisational Development Department as a result of:

 

Work related stress, Stress, Depression, Anxiety - For the period 1st
