Dear Birmingham City Council,

Hearby some follow-up clarrification:

I would like to see the amount of issues that are reported by e-mail/phone and online forms.

The number of issues that are "solved", "currently under maintenance" and the amount of issues that are thrown away/declined in the year 2017.

At last I would like to know if these issues are handled manually by the authority or that it is an automatic system/proces.

I hope this provides you with sufficient information!

Yours faithfully,

Bert de Boer
