Good Afternoon Mr de Boer,

Regarding your Freedom of Information request could I please ask for
clarification on all three of your questions;

1) EXACTLY which issues you are referring to as you have only given
examples.

2) Could I also ask for you to clarify EXACTLY what you mean by
“resolved”.

3) what do you mean by “Are these reports manual registered or Automated”.

Dear Kallum Williams-Brown,

Hearby some follow-up clarrification:

Q1: I would like to see the amount of issues that are reported by e-mail/phone
and online forms.

Q2: The number of issues that are "solved", "currently under maintenance" and
the amount of issues that are thrown away/declined in the year 2017.

Q3: At last I would like to know if these issues are handled manually by the
authority or that it is an automatic system/proces.

I hope this provides you with sufficient information!

Kind Regards,

Bert de Boer

Dear Kallum Williams-Brown,

On the government site (https://www.basingstoke.gov.uk) there's a "report it" tab.

I would like to know all the incoming reports regarding these subjects and to make it more clear for me to read please state it as follow:
The number of "report its" per subject:
- "Tab1: Report a missed bin: #reports"
- "Tab 2: Report an abandoned vehicle: #reports"

Hope this provides you with the clarification you needed.

Yours sincerely,

Bert de Boer
