working days and all archaeological licence applications within 10 working
days from receipt of the application.
If you are sending an application to close a churchyard, or under either
the Mission and Pastoral Measure or the Disused Burial Grounds Amendment
Act then a caseworker will assess your application and reply to you in the
first instance within 10 working days.
If you are contacting MoJ about the appointment of a medical referee or a
deputy medical referee, then a caseworker will reply to you in the first
instance within 10 working days.
