Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Liverpool John Moores University's handling of my FOI request 'Number of Individuals employed by the University who work off University premises'.

Please can you advise how, in the absence of information regarding the number of individuals who work off University premises, the University is able to:

a) Comply will all relevant legislation relating to duty of care and general Health and Safety obligations to these individuals?
b) Ensure parity of treatment across individuals who wish to work off , or are required to work off, University premises?
c) Ensure that University insurances are sufficient?

Dear J Davies,

Please find attached my review of your FOI appeal. You will note that I
find that this represents a request for clarification and/or further
information rather than relating to a review of reasons why the original
request was denied. I therefore find nothing about the original to review
but have advised that it is recorded as an additional FOI request.

Yours sincerely,

Robin Leatherbarrow

Dear Professor Leatherbarrow,

I am writing in response to your letter of 4th May 2018. In the letter you said you would initiate a new FOI request (dated 4th May) for me to answer the following questions:

Please can you advise how, in the absence of information regarding the number of individuals who work off University premises, the University is able to:

b) Ensure parity of treatment across individuals who wish to work off , or are required to work off, University premises?

The new FOI should have been answered by now. Can you please advise me when I will be receiving a response?
