During a recent court case, Superintendent Hartshorn stated there was a CO11 image database (separate to the one held by NPIOU which holds 1822 images).

He stated that the images weeded post the Wood judgement on retention of images was in the low thousands but didn't know the exact figure.

This Freedom of Information request is therefore twofold:

1. How many images are currently held on the CO11 database?

2. How many images were weeded following the Wood judgement?

I write in connection with your request for information which was received
by the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) on 06/06/2010. I note you seek
access to the following information:
