Dear Mr Smith
Freedom of Information Act 2000
We have received to request for information on highway licences / permits
and I am writing to check whether we have understood your request for
information correctly.
You have asked for the number of applications received. Can you just
confirm if it is the number of applications or the number of licenses
issues that you require numbers for and secondly, for Crossover / Dropped
Kerbs is this just applications / licences under Sec 184, or all
applications, including for domestic crossings where the Council will do
the works and install the crossing?
I will not be able to take this matter further without this extra
information from you. Please let me know by 02/11/2022. As you know, we
have 20 working days to provide you with the information you have
requested, the 20 working day deadline will start the day after the
Council receives the necessary clarification from you.
If I do not hear from you by the 2nd November, I shall take it that you do
not wish to pursue this request and will consider the request closed.
If you need assistance, please contact me on 0151 934

Yours sincerely
Dave Marrin
