Dear Sir/Madam,

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 - INFORMATION REQUEST

Thank you for your recent Freedom of Information request received on 23
December 2014.  You requested information on foreign pubs and breweries.

From our preliminary assessment, it is clear that we will not be able to
answer your request without further clarification.

I have passed your request on to our Culture nd Environment Directorate
but we wondered what you meant by "foreign"' Foreign owned as a majority
share or foreign breweries with holdings in other countries but trading in
Camden. Also by Breweries do you also meanmicro breweries?

Once you have clarified your request, I will be able to begin to process
your request. If I do not receive clarification within three months your
request will be considered to have lapsed. (Under section 1(3) of the
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), a public authority need not comply with
a request unless further information reasonably required to locate the
information is supplied).

Please remember to quote the reference number above in any future
communications.

If appropriate, the information may be provided in paper copy, normal font
size. If you require alternative formats, e.g. language, audio, large
print, etc. then please let me know.

the request would exceed the appropriate limit set by the Freedom of
Information and Data Protection (Appropriate Limit and Fees) Regulations
2004. The appropriate limit is currently £450 based on a charge at £25 per
hour. We, therefore, may not provide the information requested if the
costs of doing so exceeds the appropriate limit. The Council may however
request that the cost of providing the information is paid.

There may therefore, be a fee payable for this information. This will be
considered and you will be informed of the fee payable if this is the
