Number of FOI requests
Dear East Devon District Council,
The "what do they know" web site, which is commonly used for FOI requests, lists EDDC as having 374 requests from 2008 to date.
This seems somewhat at odds with the EDDC quoted figures in the Sidmouth herald newspaper which are;- 2013-2014 563, 2014/2015 486 requests.
I am aware that there are other means of submitting FOI requests, but the disparity between the two sets of figures is significant.
Please let me know where I can find the list of requests to EDDC , and your replies to those requests

You have asked for clarification on the numbers of requests received under the Freedom of Information Act over and above the record maintained on public archive website whatdotheyknow.com. Please find links below to our FOI monitoring reports back to 2012/13 which provide detail about the numbers of requests. For 2011/12 our performance monitoring system shows that 252 requests were received.

We publish requests here http://eastdevon.gov.uk/access-to-inform... which we feel are of wider public interest and where the response does not involve the inclusion of attached documents. Our system does not yet allow us the facility to include these responses online.
