Number of FLRM/FLRFP applications allowed

We're waiting for Sharon Liew to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Home Office,

If someone chooses, for whatever reason, to apply for FLRM/FLRFP over their 5/10 years route instead of ILR, is there any reason this application can not be considered?

For example, If Person A is on 5 year spousal route and will qualify for ILR in November 2018. Instead of applying under SETm form, Person A has decided to apply for another FLRM. Would the application be considered? Person A meets all criteria for FLRM and ILR.
