Dear Alan Cox,

Freedom of Information Request

I am writing further to your email of 11 September 2017 where you
requested the following information:

How many Fire Risk Assessments  (FRA) have you evaluated and found to be
unsatisfactory in the last 5 years?

From our preliminary assessment Cleveland Fire Brigade estimate that
compliance with your request would exceed the appropriate costs limit
(18.5 hours) under section 12 of the Freedom of information Act 2000.

We estimate that we have 3,833 Fire Safety Audits carried out in the last
5 years that would need looking at to gather the information.  At a
minimum of 3 minutes each this would amount to 191 Hours.

The fee is in accordance with the Freedom of Information (Fees and
Appropriate Limit) Regulations 2004.

The fee payable is £450, you have up to 3 months to pay this fee.

The 20 working day timescale for providing the information you request is
suspended until we receive payment from you.
