Please note, from 01/04/2016 Dorset Fire and Rescue Service and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service combined to form Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service. Therefore, this acknowledgement is sent in response to the request that you sent to what was formerly Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service and I will respond to you with the information requested in one email on behalf of the new combined Service.

Please note, from 01/04/2016 Dorset Fire and Rescue Service and Wiltshire
Fire and Rescue Service combined to form Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and
Rescue Service. The information provided to you below covers both the
Dorset area and the Wiltshire area. It is clearly marked which information
is applicable to which area.

The information provided relates to audits that have been completed over
the last 5 years where a deficiency has been recorded against Article 9
'Has a sustainable and sufficient Fire Safety Risk Assessment been carried
out for the Premises?'
