I write to acknowledge your email dated 11.09.2017 requesting information
regarding Fire Risk Assessments evaluated by Avon Fire & Rescue Service.

 

Your request will be dealt with under the terms of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 and you will receive a response within the statutory

I write in response to your request for information dated 11.09.2017
concerning the number of Fire Risk Assessments evaluated by Avon Fire &
Rescue Service, particularly  for hotels/boarding houses within the last 5
years.

 

Your request for information has been dealt with under the terms of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) and I can confirm that Avon Fire &
Rescue Service does not hold the information falling within the
description specified within your request.

 

We have taken the term of ‘Fire Risk Assessments evaluated by Avon Fire &
Rescue Service’ as fire risk assessments that are completed by external
organisations (of which we inspect), which are provided to our Technical
Fire Safety office for review.  We do not record this specific activity on
our Community Fire Safety recording system, so unfortunately we would not
be able to extract the requested data.  If your definition of the
information being requested differs from how we have interpreted it,
please let us know and provide further clarification of what information
you are seeking.

 

For your information, information relating to formal fire safety audit
inspections carried out by our Technical Fire Safety Officers, under the
Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (RRFSO), can be found on the
