Dear Tereza Tomanova,

Please find attached the School’s response to your FOI request.

Please note: When supplying raw data about people, The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama adopts HESA’s Standard Rounding Methodology in order to protect personal data from unauthorised exposure. In summary:

1.All numbers are rounded to the nearest multiple of 5
2.Any number lower than 2.5 is rounded to 0
3.Halves are always rounded upwards (e.g. 2.5 is rounded to 5)
4.Percentages based on fewer than 22.5 individuals are suppressed
5.Averages based on 7 or fewer individuals are suppressed

These rules are applied after any calculations (sums, averages, percentages etc.) have been done, which can mean that numbers in tables do not appear to add up.

Further information about the methodology can be found here: https://www.hesa.ac.uk/about/regulation/...

Yours Sincerely,

Abigail Fitch-Hickson

Dear Abigail,

Thank you for your response. Can you please confirm the numbers of students having their tuition fees paid by SLC are for UG students only?

Thank you

Yours sincerely,

Tereza Tomanova

Dear Tereza,

The figures provided are School-wide.

Your original request did not specify that you only required information for Undergraduate level students.

Would you now like to clarify your request for UG information only? If so, we will be able to provide this to you as quickly as possible.
