Number of EU students

Dear Ms Tomanova,

Thank you for your request for information, received by Aberystwyth
University on 08^th March 2020, in which you requested the following
information:

a) the number of EU students enrolled at your University for each academic
year 2015/2016, 2016/2017, 2017/2018, 2018/2019 and 2019/2020.

b) if possible - the number of EU students having their tuition fees paid
by Student Loans Company each academic year 2015/2016, 2016/2017,
2017/2018, 2018/2019 and 2019/2020.

If any of this information is already in the public domain, please can you
direct me to it with page reference and URL if necessary.

I would like the above information to be provided to me as electronic
copies.

You will receive a response as soon as possible, and in any event not
later than in 20 working days (03^rd April 2020).

Freedom of Information Act 2000 (‘the Act’).  Please find below the
information requested.

a)   the number of EU students enrolled at your University for each
academic year 2015/2016, 2016/2017, 2017/2018, 2018/2019 and 2019/2020.

We are unable to provide accurate fee data for the 2015/16 and 2016/17
academic years as this information is not held in its entirety within our
student records system

Under section 1(1)(a) of the Act I can confirm that we do not hold
information relating to postgraduates as their funding is paid directly to
students rather than the University.
