Dear Mr Williams,

 

Please find our response to your FOIA request. This has been handled under
the provisions of the FOIA and I can confirm that we hold relevant data,
as shown below.

 

Our disclosure shows pay in bandings of £5,000 between £70,000 and £85,000
and in bandings of £20,000 above this. This is to enable us to achieve a
balance between our obligations under the FOIA and the protection of
privacy rights of individuals under the GDPR. The wider bandings reduce
the likelihood of individuals’ salaries being identified. Further, not all
employees within higher bandings are of Director level or in roles where
salary disclosure might be expected.
