Dear Freedom Of Information Requests Mailbox,

There was no response to this part:

3. If it is found that no acknowledgments have been sent, please explain why.

N/A.

The emails in the Resolver .com file Resolver Case 9012287 Complaint against Newcastle-upon-Tyne City Council by Suzanne McGregor showed 1963 pages (25th June 2021) went in good faith that they would be read as many elderly & disabled have been impacted by the Stoneyhurst Rd bridge closure. It would be useful to know why no acknowledgements were sent. and what has happened to the overdue report.

Therefore, I am a requesting an internal review of the word no. 3. N/A.

Yours sincerely,

Suzanne McGregor
