Please disclose the number of dwellings that are classed as 'unlicenced' for the purposes of TV Licencing enforcement in the United Kingdom. Please provide total figures for the following years:
2008/09
2009/10
2010/11
2011/12
2012/13
In a similar fashion, please also provide the total number of dwellings that have declared they they do not require a licence, for the same time periods.
